A German manufacturing company with 280 employees in the Czech Republic wanted to verify how their leaders truly impacted their teams. The results of the 360° feedback revealed a significant gap between leadership’s expectations (results, decisiveness) and what team members valued (humanity, fairness, support).

The key insight? Newly promoted managers felt lost—without support, without tools, under pressure. Based on the results, a targeted development program and onboarding system were created. This enabled the company to retain new leaders, develop them according to real needs, and strengthen trust between line management and teams.
